User guide

A client or candidate creates an account, completes the portal, sends documents, and communicates with a manager only inside the platform.

Initial registration collects only basic data and service intent.

Full profile, partner requirements, and documents are completed after sign-in.

Profile, consultation, invoice, and document statuses are visible in the portal.

Required missing fields are highlighted while the validation process is shown.

Privacy policy

HanLink processes data for identity checks, profile review, consultations, payments, contract performance, and legal reporting.

Data includes contact details, profile answers, partner requirements, documents, payment statuses, and manager messages.

Access is limited to roles that need the data for service processing.

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing.

Security incidents are notified to users and competent authorities under applicable rules.

Terms of service

The platform is an agency catalog and operations portal, not an open social network or dating app.

Candidates do not receive each other's direct contacts through the platform.

Selecting a profile means requesting an agency consultation, not automatic direct matching.

HanLink may refuse publication for incomplete data, risk signals, or rule violations.

Payments, refunds, and commissions depend on the contract, service status, and performed work.

Consents and verification

Identity, marital status, employment, income, and other claims are verified in stages.

Documents are uploaded only in the portal and manually reviewed.

A profile can be published only after moderation and required checks.

Consent to criminal-record checks, personal-data processing, and profile use is captured separately.

Changing important fields returns the profile to moderation.

Communication and anti-fraud rules

All messages go through the manager, and attempts to share external contacts may be redacted or blocked.

Phones, emails, links, and messengers may be hidden until manager approval.

Suspicious messages enter the anti-fraud queue.

Managers record consultations, decisions, documents, and payment stages in admin.

Rule violations may lead to profile suspension or service refusal.

Finance, commissions, and refunds

Admin stores invoices, escrow statuses, commission rules, and earning triggers.

Commissions may depend on contract signing, invoice payment, profile verification, or consultation completion.

Refunds are reviewed under the contract and actual services already performed.

Users see invoices and payment status in the portal.

Partner payouts and manager shares are not disclosed to candidates unless the contract requires it.
